MilvadoPower finds commercial buildings where on-site solar and storage make financial sense, then develops, funds and manages each project for its whole life. We are a development-stage company based in London, working across London and the South East.
How we work
Our approach
We size to your site, not to your roof.
Every design starts from your half-hourly meter data. A system that covers your roof but exports half its output is worth less to you and to investors.
We tell you when it doesn’t work.
If the price we can offer doesn’t beat what you pay today, or the roof, lease or connection won’t support a 15-year project, we say so at the screening stage.
We stay for the full term.
We manage every project we develop for its whole life. The company that sells you the agreement is the company you call in year twelve.

Projects are installed and maintained by an established UK commercial solar contractor with a track record of rooftop and battery projects.

Investors and partners
Investors. We originate contracted, behind-the-meter solar and storage projects with creditworthy commercial offtakers, structured one project company per site. We are building our first portfolio and welcome conversations with family offices and infrastructure funds.
Energy brokers and consultants. If your clients ask about on-site generation, we offer a referral arrangement that pays on financial close.
Property advisers. We work with surveyors and asset managers on roof rights and lease structures for let buildings.
