What we collect

The details you send through our enquiry form or by email: your name, organisation, contact details, role, site postcode and anything you choose to tell us. If you send bills or meter data, we hold them to assess your site.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and assess whether a project would work for your site. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Who we share it with

Our installation partner and professional advisers, only where needed to assess or deliver your project. Enquiries sent through the website form are stored in our Google account, with Google acting as our data processor. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
